We have lost all of the big concentrations of Collared Doves recorded in the 80’s and 90’s so this small collection along the Humber bank is my only hope of a Rufous Turtle Dove! - the flock increased to 56 last month but fewer this morning (1st) - they were drinking from water collected on plastic covers over locally produced roof tiles - srtill no Black Redstart around the tilery either!
